We have a collection of resources and templates to help you promote your survey, engage staff and students and present your data findings.

Our posters are designed to help you to publicise your insight surveys within your institutions. The templates allow you to insert your own URL for the survey, as well as your institutional logo.

Note that to add your own logo, click on the marked logo place and select delete. You can then add your own logo and resize to suit, choosing the formatting/text wrap option of ‘in front of text’ to allow you to move it to the right place.

We would really welcome feedback on the posters (what works for you, what could work better). Please can you send any feedback to help@jisc.ac.uk (putting ‘insight surveys’ in the title of the email).

Tools to help you analyse and present your data

You have completed your survey(s) and now need to analyse your data and presenting and publish your results. Our handy tools will simplify the task for the student and teaching staff surveys by selecting the questions we think will have the greatest relevance and impact at an organisational level.

These Excel files identify the relevant question numbers, allowing you to drop in your data and quickly generate charts and tables.

Download the student survey file and the teaching staff survey file.

The charts and tables from the Excel files above can then be exported straight into our PowerPoint slides, which include explanatory text and colour coding for the different sections of the insight surveys.

See our downloadable versions of the student survey presentation and the teaching staff presentation.

These files will help you to present your key findings with a minimum of effort. You can add more detail or delete sections you don't want to use.

Lastly, our poster templates are designed to help you to share your findings with students and teaching staff and more broadly across your institution.
